1. In-person
(1) A photocopy of university degree (or transcripts) which has been notarized by a lawyer office in Ontario or Manitoba and additionally authenticated by the Global Affairs Canada Authentication Sector (JLAC) or the Provincial Government Authentication Service
*** Only documents notarized by lawyers(status in private practice) registered with The Law Society of Ontario or The Law Society of Manitoba are accepted.

2. By a Third-party (If currently residing in Korea)
If you currently reside in Korea, you must apply through a representative who resides in our jurisdiction(Ontario and Manitoba).
(1) A photocopy of university degree (or transcripts) which has been notarized by a lawyer office in Ontario or Manitoba and additionally authenticated by the Global Affairs Canada Authentication Sector (JLAC) or the Provincial Government Authentication Service

(2) Fee: C$5.20 per copy *cash or debit card only
